Where do I park?
We have 3 parking spaces on Minnehaha Ave dedicated to Hello Hair right by our entrance. There is street parking on Minnehaha Ave & Prior Ave. There is also a shared lot for our building on Prior Ave across the alley from Motion (our favorite physical therapists and building neighbors). If you park in this lot please follow the sidewalk on Prior Ave towards Minnehaha Ave and make a left on Minnehaha to find our main entrance near our 3 dedicated parking spaces.
Where is our front door?
Our main entrance is a little hidden but don’t worry we have your back!
The glass door directly on Minnehaha is not our main entrance!
Please walk a little farther down and go up the ramp near our 3 Hello Hair parking spaces and you will see our entrance. After you enter the building you won’t be able to miss us!
Late/Cancellation Policy
Hello Hair Collective requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. We will not be able to reschedule your appointment until the 50% cancellation fee is paid. Subsequent cancellations without required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. Missing your appointment without communication will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. We will use your card on file to process the payment. We reserve the right to disable the online booking option without a valid credit card stored on your personal profile.
Please let your artist know if you are running late. Punctuality is recommended as the hourly rate begins at the originally scheduled appointment time. If you run up to 15 minutes late for your appointment, your artist may, at their discretion, still accommodate you or reschedule your service.
If you do not give advance notice and fail to arrive after 15 minutes, your artist will attempt to reach out by text message. If we are still experiencing a lack of communication, we will consider 15 minutes into your appointment time a “no-show”.
If you are sick or are concerned you are sick, you must reschedule your appointment. If you are not feeling well, or should you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Hello Hair at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Should we need to cancel your appointment because of reasons such as natural occurrences (unsafe weather conditions, power outages) or other unforeseen events such as your artist's illness or emergencies, Hello Hair or your artist will contact you as soon as they can.
No front desk - how do I check in & communicate if I am running behind to my appointment?
You will receive a text notification from Hello Hair Collective, 651-571-8540. This notification will allow you to let us know when you have arrived for your appointment. Please check in through the text when you have PHYSICALLY arrived at Hello Hair!
This text line can also receive text messages. Please let us know if you are running late by responding to the Hello Hair text from 651-571-8540.
Can I change the CC I booked with?
ABSOLUTLEY!
We secure a credit card on file when booking an appointment but we are happy to use a different form or card for payment at the end of your service.
Am I charged before I arrive?
Nope! We will always ask you if you would like to use your credit card on file before we run it.

Covid Policies
Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well. We will respectfully follow the same policy and notify you if your service provider isn’t feeling well.
At this time, we are not requiring face masks. Feel free to wear a mask if that makes you the most comfortable. Your artist is happy to wear one upon request.
What are Quiet Appointments?
Quiet appointments let us know that you would respectfully choose to have time through the duration of your hair service to sit in silence. We admire and love that you can choose this option. In a world where we are constantly engaged it would be an honor to give you some space and time to yourself while we perform your service. Please add a note when booking your appointment requesting a quiet appointment. We are happy to honor your request.
