Appointment Reservations
The best way to reserve an appointment is through our online booking system. The “book now” button above will get you there. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. You do not have to use this card for final payment unless you would like to.
On the day of your appointment
Free parking is available in the parking lots on the south & north (MOTION) side of the salon. Please use the door located near the 3 parking spaces on the south side of the building. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment which will be subject to our cancellation policy.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles.
Cancellation Policy
Hello Hair Collective requires 24 hours notice to cancel, modify or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. Subsequent cancellations without required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment. No shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
Method of payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card, American Express, Cash or Visa or MasterCard Debit Cards. Please no personal checks.
Service Adjustments
If you would like an adjustment to your service, you have 7 days to do so with the same stylist and additional service charges may apply. If you choose to see a different stylist, treat your hair yourself, or visit another stylist or salon, or if it is after 7 days from the initial service, full service charges will apply for an adjustment.
Covid-19
Due to the current health crisis, a mask or face covering is required to enter the salon and for the duration of your appointment.
